Moving your website from Hostinger’s hPanel to a our cPanel Web Hosting involves transferring your website’s files and databases. Here’s a breakdown of the process:

1. Download Backups from Hostinger:

There are two main ways to achieve this:

• hPanel Backup Feature: Locate the “Backup” section in your hPanel control panel. You can download a full website backup, including files and databases.
• Manual Download: Use an FTP client like FileZilla to download your website files and phpMyAdmin to export your website’s database (if applicable).

2. Prepare Your Web Hosting:

• Ensure your domain name is pointed towards our cPanel hosting. This might involve updating nameservers at your domain registrar.
• You must set up your hosting plan and create a new database (if your website uses one).

3. Upload Website Data to cPanel:

• Files: There are two options:
  • cPanel File Manager: Access the “File Manager” in cPanel and upload your website files to the appropriate directory (usually public_html).
  • FTP Client: Use your preferred FTP client to upload the downloaded files to your cPanel hosting space.
• Database (if applicable):
  • phpMyAdmin: Access phpMyAdmin in cPanel and import the downloaded database backup.
  • Manual Import: If you have the database schema (structure), you can create a new database in cPanel and import the database tables manually.

4. Update Configuration Files (if applicable):

• Some Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress store database connection details in configuration files. You might need to update these files with the new database credentials for your cPanel setup.

5. Test Your Website:

• Once everything is uploaded and configured, access your website through your domain name to ensure it functions properly.
