9th - 16th August Unavailability: Thu, 29 Jul 2010 00:00:00 +0100 - We will be operating on very basic support facilities during this period due to James being on holiday, as well as support technician Ian being away too. Mobile phone access should be available during this duration. Domain transfers will not be available during this time due to avoiding any failures.
Billing Software Updates 27th July: Tue, 27 Jul 2010 12:44:00 +0100 - We will be doing updates to our billing system on the afternoon of the 27th July for security reasons and additional features. All facilities will be unavailable until the update is completed.
VAT Savings for July!: Mon, 28 Jun 2010 08:35:00 +0100 - We're knocking off the rate of VAT and including it in the price so you pay what you see for the whole of July! No vouchers are required, just purchase directly through our checkout and you'll see VAT as 0%!

DNS Issue: Mon, 14 Jun 2010 17:32:00 +0100 - We received downtime today due to a DNS issue which was immediately resolved once being discovered. I apologise for any inconvenience caused, ways to resolve this issue have been dealt with to ensure it does not happen in the future.
